I have little simultaneous client congestion within the home and NO, REPEAT NO, devices generally have MIMO 4. I think the uproar here is over done.

Apparently, Ubiquiti is pushing their Teleport feature, which apparently can be used with WiFiMan on Android to connect remotely. Also FWIW, I saw something about having to login via UID to enable the Teleport/VPN and "generate the URL". (I've never used the feature, so I do not know how it actually works.)The UDM-Pro was shut down and the UDR took it's place for six weeks. The UDR internet speed was max 650 Mbps on a 1 Gbps connection, on WiFi I could reach 600 Mbps - when using the UDM-Pro and the same AP's I got WiFi 700 Mbps. The plan is to throw this device in a 15 passenger van that we use to transport guests. We also are installing a 3 camera dash cam system + gps. Our plan is to put the dash cam and our driver's phone on a separate network that takes priority over the guest network and does t throttle bandwidth.

Ubiquiti should just make a top version with 8 POE++ 2.5Gbe ports and 4 SFP+, give us 4 2.5’ drive bays. Make it expensive but make it be an option for those of us who have small number of ports at home but want top tier connectivity without needing a multi U rack

EIRP stands for Effective Isotropic Radiated Power. It’s a combination of the transmit power and the gain of the antenna of the access point. Therefore in your case, a set transmit power of 16dBm and an effective EIRP of 20dBm means that your antenna gain is about 4dBm. In Ubiquiti's lineup of PtP and PtMP radios, 5 GHz is the most common option. For connections with a clear line of sight, they are a good default option. Frequencies above and below 5 GHz have different characteristics, making them better suited to certain types of networks. There are also licensed options to consider.
